Regional Workshop Films
The regional workshops were part of the iterative process of trialing and refining the concepts, questions and ideas that emerged during the project. for these workshops we were fortunate to partner up with Arts Well and Music For Good in St Austell, Cornwall and with participants of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and Dr.Sylvan Baker in London.

For the first time young people from Cornwall came together and engaged in conversations about research and delved into the complexities of mental health-related terms. What's more, they collaboratively penned and composed a heartfelt song, aptly titled 'Safe Space,' encapsulating their shared experiences and aspirations.

A short film documenting the 'Mechanisms of Change' regional workshop held in St Austell Cornwall, working with 13 young people from around the area who explored what 'happened' for them during their participatory process. The workshop resulted in two performances where the participants responded to the stimulus, 'What is the loneliness  and its opposite?'.

This short film showcases some of the techniques used to explore how soundscaping can be used to support the delivery of standardised mental health and well being measures. This film finishes with short soundscape performances by the young people.
