Living Lab 4

Lived Experience Lab - 15th & 16th February 2025

The Lived Experience Lab explored how current standardised mental health measures are used within arts-based practice, and whether these measures could be delivered in ways that feel more acceptable and engaging to young people and practitioners. The lab also considered how arts-based approaches might offer alternative or complementary methods for capturing lived experience in youth mental health research.
