They discuss doom scrolling and the issues with constant and instant access to 'information' and world events and how this is impacting ability their ability to find balance in themselves and their own worlds.
🎙️Ep.3 - Importance of Theatre For Young People: Sophie, one of our Not So Alone members, is a passionate theatre maker and facilitator and through her own experience and childhood, knows the important role that theatre has made in her life. In this episode Sophie talks to Artistic Director Marie vickers from London Bubble Theatre about the role drama and theatre can play in helping young people communicate, connect and find purpose.

In this episode, Sophie speaks to Lauren who was once a participant of the Bubble Theatre Making workshop and is now a facilitator at the company.

Annanya shares how learning about the different arts and cultures of her friends and other students at school has taught her to challenge her own biases as well as help her form deeper connections.

Ella is on placement doing her GP rotation and Sophie is writing her final dissertation.
