As Communications Officer with Project CREATE, Marian Sommer is at the heart of sharing the stories, insights and updates around the project on our communication channels.
In her role, she supports the planning and promotion of events such as webinars. Additionally, she works to expand our network to ensure the project contributes to the national conversation on youth loneliness while amplifying the voices of young people.
Before Marian joined Project CREATE, she was Project Officer for the Reimagine Ageing Interdisciplinary Network at the University of Leeds, enhancing awareness and engagement efforts. Prior to this, she worked at The University of Queensland in Australia, promoting their sustainable energy education programmes.
