Frida Aalborg

Hiya! I'm Frida, a 22 year-old applied theatre student from Norway. I have been part of the YPAG since May 2024 and it has been an incredible experience. Being part of the group has allowed me to make fantastic new connections and has given me a strong sense of belonging and community. I have been able to explore a range of creative disciplines and learned that I don't have to be great at everything I try out. There's still value in doing it. Another key part of my YPAG journey has been exploring academia through working with the researchers on the team. This was a valuable experience that made academia seem more accessible to me and inspired me to pursue a master's degree. The YPAG has been and continues to be a space where I'm free to be myself and where I'll always be cheered for and supported. I am incredibly grateful that it is a part of my life.
