YPAG Apply
We have two YPAG groups, one aged between 10-17 and another aged 18-24. We currently have capacity in our older group for new members so if you are aged between 18 and 24 and interested in joining, you can complete an application form - link below.
Before submitting an application, please read the YPAG Information and Young Person's summary sheets linked below. If you are accepted as a participant, you will also need to complete a consent form.
